Hôm nay sếp sẽ làm được gì?

Sau 5 phút làm theo bài này, sếp sẽ có 1 cái "sổ tay điện tử" để ghi mọi suy nghĩ, ý tưởng, kế hoạch — giống cuốn sổ tay giấy nhưng thông minh hơn 1000 lần: tìm kiếm nhanh, không bao giờ mất, dùng được trên cả điện thoại + máy tính.

Trong Obsidian, "ngăn kéo bộ não" gọi là gì?

Người ta gọi nó là Vault (đọc là "vôn", nghĩa đen là "kho báu"). Sếp cứ hiểu đơn giản: Vault = 1 cái thư mục trên máy tính, mọi ghi chú của sếp sẽ nằm trong đó. Giống như sếp có 1 cái tủ sách — Vault chính là cái tủ, mỗi ghi chú là 1 quyển sách trong tủ.

Bắt đầu: 4 bước · 5 phút

1. Tải app: Vào obsidian.md/download → bấm tải về phiên bản Windows/Mac/iOS/Android tuỳ máy sếp dùng. Cài đặt như mọi app bình thường (Next → Next → Done).
2. Mở app lên, sẽ thấy 1 màn hình hỏi "Bạn muốn làm gì?". Bấm vào nút "Create new vault" (Tạo kho báu mới).
3. Đặt tên kho báu: Em khuyên dùng BoNaoThu2. Tránh dấu tiếng Việt + tránh khoảng trắng — vì sao? Vì khi sếp dùng trên iPhone, dấu tiếng Việt đôi khi gây lỗi đồng bộ, mất ghi chú. Tên không dấu = an toàn 100%.
4. Chọn nơi lưu trên máy: Bấm "Browse" → chọn thư mục Documents (Tài liệu). Đừng để trên Desktop — vì Desktop là nơi mọi người hay xoá nhầm. Documents là chỗ "an toàn" mặc định.

Tạo 4 ngăn nhỏ trong cái kho lớn

Vault giờ đang trống. Em hướng dẫn sếp tạo 4 ngăn nhỏ để mọi ghi chú có chỗ ngồi đúng — giống chia tủ sách thành "Sách giáo khoa", "Tiểu thuyết", "Tham khảo", "Sách cũ".

1. Bấm chuột phải vào vùng trống bên trái app → chọn "New folder" (Thư mục mới)
2. Lần lượt tạo 4 folder với tên y hệt:
   • 01-Inbox — Thùng nháp. Mọi ý tưởng vừa nảy ra cứ ném vào đây trước, lát sau dọn.
   • 02-Projects — Việc đang làm. Vd: "Học tiếng Anh 90 ngày", "Cải tạo nhà".
   • 03-Resources — Tài liệu tham khảo. Vd: bài blog hay, công thức nấu ăn.
   • 99-Archive — Việc cũ đã xong. Để đó cho yên tâm, không xoá.

Vì sao đặt số đầu tên? Vì máy tính tự sắp xếp folder theo bảng chữ cái — số 01 luôn lên đầu, 99 luôn xuống cuối. Sếp không phải kéo lê chuột tìm.

Viết ghi chú đầu tiên

Bấm chuột phải vào folder 01-Inbox → "New note" → đặt tên chao-mung → bấm Enter. Cửa sổ trống mở ra.

Sếp gõ thử 1 dòng: "Hôm nay 29/04/2026, em bắt đầu hành trình bộ não thứ 2." → đóng app.

Mở lại app → ghi chú vẫn còn nguyên. Đó là bộ não thứ 2 của sếp đã sống. 🎉

Tạo block ID

Cuối paragraph gõ ^abc123 → Obsidian tạo anchor. Link tới: [[note#^abc123]]. Feature unique của Obsidian — note app khác không có.

Tạo note mới qua link

Gõ [[ý tưởng mới]] rồi Ctrl+Click → Obsidian tự tạo file rỗng. Đây là cách build vault organic — viết tới đâu link tới đó, structure mọc lên tự nhiên.

Tag pane

Ctrl+P → "Tags: Show tag pane" → sidebar tất cả tag + count. Click tag → filter note có tag.

Quy tắc Nick Milo

Tag = trạng thái/loại (#todo, #idea, #permanent). Link = nội dung ([[Obsidian]]). KHÔNG dùng tag thay link.

Decision framework

Nick Milo: "Link first, tag second, folder last."

• Folder — hữu hạn, hierarchical. Cho structure cứng (PARA).
• Tag — linh hoạt, ngang. Cho metadata.
• Link — emergent, bidirectional. Cho NỘI DUNG.

3 anti-patterns

1. ❌ Folder lồng 6+ cấp — tìm không thấy. Fix: 2-3 cấp tối đa.
2. ❌ Tag bừa bãi 20 tag/note. Fix: 1-3 tag/note.
3. ❌ Không link gì — vault thành kho rác. Fix: mỗi permanent note ≥1 link.

Bật core plugin

Ctrl+G — global. Local graph sidebar: chỉ note hiện tại + láng giềng (depth 1-3).

• Filters: hide orphan, hide attachments
• Groups: color theo query (vd: tag:#permanent → vàng)
• Display: arrows, labels font size

Backlinks

Mỗi note có panel sidebar phải hiện note nào đang link tới mình. Click backlink → preview context.

Unlinked Mentions

Tab dưới Backlinks: chỗ nào trong vault NHẮC TÊN note này nhưng CHƯA link. Click "Link" 1 nút → tự convert thành [[]].

Đọc PDF native

Drag PDF vào vault → mở Obsidian → click PDF → reader native: zoom, search, copy text.

Highlight + comment

Select text → toolbar hiện → choose color → highlight. Click highlight → "Copy as Markdown link" → paste vào note → tự link tới đúng vị trí PDF.

Cài Annotator plugin → UX cao hơn, support sticky note, drawing.

MOC là gì?

1 note đóng vai trò "bản đồ" link tới các note con cùng chủ đề. Nick Milo invent — thay thế folder trong LYT framework.

Khi nào tạo MOC

Khi có ≥7 note cùng chủ đề bắt đầu rối → tạo 1 MOC. Đặt tên: MOC - Tên chủ đề.md hoặc + Tên chủ đề.md (prefix + để sort lên đầu).

Fluid · Liberated · Open · Actively · Tailored. Triết lý: vault không cứng nhắc, structure mọc lên từ nội dung.

4 nguyên tắc

1. Atomic — 1 idea/1 note. Chia note dài ra nhiều note nhỏ.
2. Concept-oriented — note xoay quanh CONCEPT, không xoay quanh source. Vd: "Compound interest" (concept) thay vì "Notes on Rich Dad book" (source).
3. Densely linked — mỗi note link tới ≥3 note khác.
4. Evergreen — viết để CHÍNH MÌNH 5 năm sau hiểu, không phải audience.

Title như API contract

Title rõ + cụ thể + actionable. Vd:

Anti-pattern

"Most people's notes are write-only" — viết rồi không bao giờ đọc lại. Evergreen note = đọc lại thường, tinh chỉnh thường.
