I don't have impressive degrees. I have systems that actually run.
I'm Le Quoc Nghia, the person building 2dm. I never studied technology at school. Everything I know about AI and automation comes from teaching myself: trying things, breaking them and building them again.
Today I run my own work on an AI system I built by hand: automated workflows in n8n, my own knowledge base and database, and AI agents running on several machines that work together. The website you are reading, the course site and the shop are also built and run by me.
2dm is where I bring what already works for me to small businesses and people who work on their own.

I only teach what I do
Everything I share already runs in my own work. If I haven't tried something, I say so.
Honest, even when it costs me
Where AI doesn't do a good job yet, I say it clearly. No "300% more productive", no made-up numbers.
Simple enough to run yourself
The goal is that you don't depend on me. A system has to be simple enough for non-technical people to run.
Being self-taught is an advantage
I know what starting from zero feels like, so I explain things in a way beginners can follow.

01It started with the same tasks every day
I used to spend most of my day on identical tasks: answering the same questions, copying data from one place to another, building reports by hand. I had no team and no budget to hire someone.

Learning by doing
No tech degree, no mentor. I learned by solving my own problems: one tool every evening, one small task automated at a time. Some workflows took many attempts before they ran reliably.
03From scattered tools to one system
Little by little the separate tools were connected: data in one place, workflows that run on their own, AI handling the repetitive parts so I can spend time on what needs a human.
04Today
I help others walk that road faster and with fewer stumbles than I had. Not with theory, but with the very things I use every day.
