Notion Templates

Notion Templates
Many free task management templates that are usable right away.
A Notion template marketplace with tens of thousands of templates for task management, CRM, processes and internal wikis; duplicate into your workspace in a few steps.
Overview
Notion Templates (the Notion Marketplace) is where templates for pages and databases made by Notion and community creators are collected. The catalog is very broad: personal productivity, project management, client portals, real estate, learning, plus many themed collections.
A Notion template is usually a set of pages with ready-made data tables, views, properties and usage instructions. When you duplicate it into your workspace, you receive that whole structure and can rename columns, add fields and delete parts you don't need as if it were your own page.
For small businesses, this is a quick way to set up a simple CRM, an internal wiki, an onboarding process or a task tracker without designing from scratch. The Marketplace also lists consultants if you need help.

Real-world example
A small interior design studio manages clients through scattered messages and Excel files. The studio owner finds a free CRM template on the Notion Marketplace, duplicates it into the workspace and changes the statuses to intake, survey, quotation, construction and handover. After adding fields for project address and person in charge, the studio shares the page with staff so everyone updates a single source of information.
Tips & notes
Start with a simple template
Templates with too many pages and formulas can confuse staff; pick one that is just enough and add more gradually.
Read the terms of paid templates carefully
Check usage rights, refund policy and updates before buying.
Don't put sensitive data on public pages
After duplicating, check sharing permissions so pages containing customer information are not public.
Be careful with unfamiliar embeds and links
Some templates have widgets or external links; remove anything whose source you don't understand.
FAQ
Where does a duplicated template go?
Under Private in the sidebar, with all its subpages; you can drag it to a shared area.
Why do some blocks show No access?
These are usually parts not designed to be duplicated, and you can delete them.
Are templates free?
Many templates are free, but some are sold by creators; check the price label on each template.
What if I don't see the Duplicate button?
The page owner may have disabled the duplicate option; contact the creator or choose another template.
